To get your scanner you must complete the claim form available on our web site link here and return it with your order.  Delivery is free if the Plustek scanner is shipped on the same consignment as the Colortrac scanner.  If it is not shipped with the Colortrac scanner there is a delivery charge of £15 on each Plustek scanner.  Normal delivery charges apply on the Colortrac scanner - see price list for delivery options.
