Foot Switch (WideTEK 25 only)	Foot switch and cable Associated Scan2Net software component Increases productivity Adding a foot switch, and associated software, greatly increases the productivity of the WideTEK 25 flatbed when scanning books and bound documents as it allows you to change pages and scan in one simple operation.
White Backplate	Allows effective scanning of transparent documents Easy fitting allows rapid changeover from normal to transparent document scanning Provides operational flexibility to scan all document types Available for WideTEK 36 and 42/48 models. WideTEK scanners are supplied with a black backplate as standard. While this suits the majority of documents some require a different backplate to ensure optimum scan quality and automatic sizing. A white backplate provides the necessary contrast for the scan to be carried out quickly and with ease. This option is available for WideTEK 36 & 42/48 inch models.
42>48 inch upgrade	Upgrades WideTEK 42 to WideTEK 48 in same chassis Adds an extra camera box to increase the scan width. WideTEK 42 can be optionally upgraded to a WideTEK 48 after purchase by adding an extra camera unit. This offer you the opportunity to move to the wider scan width if your requirements change after your initial purchase. The upgrade process is transparent to the operator - exactly the same software and techniques are used.
External Monitor	External VGA monitor displays scanned image Operators can see the effects of changing scan parameters immediately on monitor Increases productivity More usable for inexperienced or one-off operators Provides high resolution scan results of detailed documents With this option, a VGA monitor can be directly connected to the scanner. The scanned image is displayed on the VGA monitor giving a fully standalone solution without the need for a client PC. After scanning the user can modify scan parameters such as brightness, sharpness, gamma and contrast as well as the colour mode and can rotate the image or mirror it. The changed parameters in the scanned image are immediately displayed on the monitor. The operator does not need to rescan the document. All parameter changes will be saved for subsequent scans. This saves time considerably, especially if large scan quantities with the same scan parameters should be managed.
External Monitor Table	Provides a shelf for the touch screen monitor Attaches to normal stand supplied Minimises office footprint The external monitor table attaches to the normal stand and converts the scanner into a standalone device. Simply walk up, scan and store or send the image all through the use of the touch screen.
