Image Access WideTEK large format scanner overview

Image Access WideTEK scanners set new standards in quality and performance. These very fast, high resolution colour scanners combine user-friendly operation, production ready design and compact dimensions in a new class of scanners.

All WideTEK scanners use state of the art illumination, using bright white LEDs, which guarantees long lifetime and best scan results with very low noise levels despite the high scan speed. Cutting edge camera technology, consisting of a dust-protected, hermetically sealed camera box holding CCD systems using a patented stitching procedure, delivers an optical resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi.

The scanners are available in a range of widths from 36” to 48” covering ISO/DIN sheets from A1 to 2A landscape. There are two specialised scanners in the range; WideTEK 36DS a unique large format duplex scanner for double-sided printed documents such as newsprint, WideTEK 25 a flatbed scanner for sizes up to ISO/DIN A2 ideal for press clippings, books, textiles, bound documents and artwork.

Software

All Image Access scanners are supplied with Scan2Net software.  The software is pre-loaded in the factory so no installation is requires.  The scanner is connected directly to the users' network and is operated using any web browser.  This gives it complete operating system independence so it can be used with MS Windows PC, Apple Macs, Unix, Linux, etc.

Warranty
