Notes:
1. The price always include upgrades and Support Subscription for one
year.
2. For Read-Only users, the price is £54 per named user licence.
The unlimited Read-Only licence is £1995
3. You can include Named User and Concurrent User licences in the same
system. Named users can log in to the
system at any time. Additionally, other users can log in as long
as the number of concurrent user licenses purchased
for these users is not exceeded.
Example: In an organisation with 30 employees, 10 employees need regular use of M-Files and the other 20 only occasional use. The organisation purchases 10 Named User licences for the active users and five Concurrent User licences for the occasional users. The total cost is 10 x £270 + 5 x £405 = £4725
Upgrades and Support Subscriptions
The licence price includes M-Files Upgrades and Support
Subscription. This includes all upgrades to M-Files and technical
support while the subscription is valid. The subscription begins
the day the new licence is purchased and is in effect for one year from
that date. It can be renewed after the first year for 25% of the
new licence price.
The price does not include Value Added Tax.
