M-Files
administrator can define which user may create new Publishing Portal
accounts. New accounts are created with M-Files Client and may have
an expiration date. Documents, either the latest or a specific
version, are then published to the portal’s users. The published
documents can be grouped into folders. The user interface is very
simple. After logging in, the user can see only the documents
published to them, either singly or in folders if so specified.
