RJ-900

DrafStation RJ-900 series printers incorporate a new generation “Wide Model” print head (4 colour sections, 360 nozzles/colour), which will enable the highest resolution, 2880 dpi. DrafStation delivers superior line sharpness and photo quality with continuous tones, smooth transitions and a wide colour gamut. Offering various print resolutions for various applications, DrafStation delivers a high speed 360 dpi A1-size output in 44 seconds and an A0-size output in 91 seconds, making it one of the fastest printers on the market. The CMYK printer is delivered with black pigmented ink offering excellent UV stability & enabling production of super fast draft plots on cheap media. RJ-900 printer is supplied with a stand.

Intelligent Interweaving (I²) Printing

Interleaving Interleaving, i2 technology from Mutoh, provides impeccable digital print quality for both photo and sign printing. Quick and simple to set up i2 technology saves time and trouble while producing outstanding results.

Mutoh has taken a totally new approach with i2 technology - pronounced i squared. Ink is laid down in carefully optimised wave forms, not the straight lines used by all other wide format inkjet printers. The result is a drastic reduction or even total elimination of the typical difficulties inherent in conventional digital inkjet printing. i2 technology means the end of defects such as horizontal banding, step mismatch banding, ink mottle and bleed, and the visible effects of missing or misfiring nozzles.
