Scanner Support - Colortrac, Image Access, Atiz & Plustek

Colortrac SmartLF, Image Access WideTEK large format scanners and Atiz BookDrive book scanners are supported via warranty and extended warranty contracts.  You have unlimited telephone, fax and email support from our factory trained specialists.  See bottom of page for contact details.  Our engineers are manufacturer trained to repair these scanners.

Colortrac Series 4, Series 4e, Contex and Vidar scanners are supported via a third party maintenance company.  Please call us for contact details.


M-Files Support

M-Files Professional

M-Files Professional customers are eligible for free technical support via email and telephone.  if you encounter a problem please contact us including your M-Files serial number in the message to ensure you receive priority support.

M-Files Express

M-Files Express is a free feature-limited edition of M-Files.  It is supported through the M-Files online community.  Additionally, M-Files users have the option of purchasing per-incident support (£52 per incident)
