Software Support
Allied provides full
software support for all the products we distribute. There are some
support calls that are genuine problems that must be referred to the software
manufacturer for resolution. Fixes are provided as a patch, update or
new release.

Colortrac has a liberal upgrade policy so customers may freely download and
install new software and firmware updates.

Hardware Support
All new scanners come
with a two-year Return-to-Factory warranty. This gives you unlimited telephone and email support.
You may upgrade this in stages to a full on-site engineer visit warranty.
We offer
support, by manufacturer-trained staff, on Colortrac SmartLF scanners and
Mutoh DrafStation printers up to board-level changes. Other hardware products are maintained by a third-party
maintenance organisation that specialises in Colortrac Series 4 and Contex
scanners.
We offer a number of
support levels: return-to-factory, silver, gold & platinum. these
provide increasing levels of response.
