Colortrac Scanners

CopySmart/ScanWorks software were discontinued on 1st March 2011.  Support for CopySmart/ScanWorks will continue during the discontinuation phase until 1st March 2012 when the products will be declared “End-of-Life” and support will no longer be available.   During the discontinuation phase, support escalations will be judged on a case by case basis where Colortrac’s response will fall into one of the following categories. 

  • Bug fixes will be applied on CopySmart/ScanWorks to a defined timescale. 

  • Bug fixes will not be applied on CopySmart/ScanWorks and customers affected will be transitioned to SmartWorks Pro. 

Feature enhancements, requests for new printer drivers, new OS support beyond Win 7 and new scanner model support (beyond Feb 2011 model range) will not be available.

Image Access Scanners

You can update the firmware and software for your Image Access scanner via their service portal - click here.  Follow the instructions provided.  The service portal is available 24/7 every day of the year.

Motive Systems

You can download the latest full version of M-Files. Your existing license code ensures that the software will run as a full version. You can also turn the trial version into a perpetual full version by entering your license code that you get when you purchase the software.

If you have Upgrade and Support Subscription (USSP) your existing licence codes will work for the latest version. Those who have older software versions and no USSP will not be able to upgrade.

You can also download the latest version of M-Color.  Your existing license code ensures that the software will run as a full version.  M-Color 9.6 with support for AutoCAD 2012 and AutoCAD LT 2012 is now available. Version 9.6.504.0 runs with AutoCAD 2012-2002 and AutoCAD LT 2012-2002 on Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000.
