Scanning solutions

Our engineers will install and configure your solution.  They will provide training in scanner and printer (if appropriate) operation and application software usage. A whole day is allotted which normally allows for at least three hours of operator training.  The training covers

  • daily operation

  • routine maintenance such as cleaning, normalising, etc.

  • software usage

  • administration issues

At the end of they training some till will be available for your operators to have "hands-on" experience and to discuss any aspects of your work that may not have been covered.

Electronic document management solutions

We offer both remote and on-site training options that are priced the same as consulting engagements. Training is offered for both end users and system administrators and typically ranges from one to three days depending on the size of the organization and the specific operating environment in which M-Files is being employed.

M-Files API Training

The M-Files Application Programming Interface (M-Files API) helps you to make the most of the M-Files EDMS system, enabling you to integrate M-Files into virtually any third-party Windows application.

The training is suitable for anyone who wishes to gain comprehensive knowledge of the possibilities the API provides. The training includes both theoretical material and multiple practical hands-on exercises. Therefore, it is useful for programmers and anyone willing to take full advantage of the different integration possibilities.

In the course of the training, the participants create a Windows application making use of all the main features of the API. The development environment used in the training is Visual Basic Express Edition, and the example code is in the VB.NET programming language.

The sample code provided serves as good material for your own project kick-off.

M-Files Training for Administrators and Advanced Users

The purpose of the training is to provide the participants with comprehensive knowledge of the system as well as to help them in implementing the features of M-Files on-site in their own operating environment. 

Each participant will use M-Files software and custom educational material throughout the session. Hence, participants will learn through useful exercises and practical examples.
